Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--6.1; EcoRI--3.5, 2.8; HindIII--4.0, 2.1; PstI--3.0, 2.6, 0.69; XbaI--4.2, 1.8; EcoRI/BglII--2.7, 2.0, 1.4; BglII--4.0, 2.1. A new nomenclature system has been proposed for INT1 and related genes. It has been suggested that INT1L1 become WNT-2. The 1.4 kb EcoRI/BglII fragment has been used as the probe. |
