The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): SacI--6.3, 15.3, 16 (polylinker site). Contains the pseudogene VgammaA, a non-productive Vgamma9-Jgamma1 rearrangement, and exon 1 of TCRGC1. The 5' end begins about 8 kb upstream of Vgamma9 and extends about 7 kb beyond J1.
